Refunds for Website Build Cost:

A full refund is available for initial web build service only within 7 days of project initiation, provided no work has begun on the project. After this period, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed, with no refunds available once the design phase is finalized. Custom development costs are non-refundable once development commences.

Refunds for Recurring Service Fees:

Website service (hosting, CMS, tech support, etc) is provided on a month-to-month basis. Cancelation of website service that is being paid for monthly is not refundable. Refunds for canceled website service that is being paid quarterly, semi-annually, or annually will be prorated based on the time of cancelation.

Timeframe for full refund:

There is a 7-day window for a full refund for website design / setup costs as long as no design or setup work has begun on the project. "Project Initiation" starts upon payment of the initial website invoice.

Pro-rata calculation:

"Percentage of work completed" will be calculated by Spirelight Web based on the current stage of the project.
